By creating an account, accessing, or using Nufinox, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
About Nufinox
Nufinox is a business operations platform for professional services teams. It helps teams manage clients, employees, meetings, work logs, costs, reports, invoices, and related business workflows.

Eligibility
You may use Nufinox only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
If you use Nufinox on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. In that case, “you” refers to both you and the organization.
Accounts
To use Nufinox, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Use of the service
You agree to use Nufinox only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
use Nufinox for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users’ data;
interfere with or disrupt the security, performance, or availability of the service;
copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the platform, except where allowed by law;
upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files;
use Nufinox to process data in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you upload, enter, sync, or generate through Nufinox (“Customer Data”).
You grant Nufinox the right to process Customer Data only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service, comply with legal obligations, and enforce these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of Customer Data. You are also responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to process and upload that data to Nufinox.
Privacy and data protection
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Where Nufinox processes personal data on behalf of a customer, the customer is generally the data controller and Nufinox acts as a data processor.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of Nufinox complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Subscriptions and payment
Nufinox offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period ends, continued access to Nufinox requires a paid subscription.
Subscription fees, billing periods, included features, and usage limits will be shown on the pricing page, order form, or account settings.
By starting a paid subscription, you agree to pay all applicable subscription fees and taxes. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the billing option you choose. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the next renewal date.
We may change pricing or subscription plans from time to time. If pricing changes apply to your existing subscription, we will notify you in advance where required.
Free trial
Nufinox offers a 14-day free trial. During the trial period, you can access the platform according to the trial terms shown when you sign up.
At the end of the trial, you will need to choose a paid subscription to continue using Nufinox.
We may modify or end free trial offers at any time.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process available in your account or by contacting us.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated in your plan.
After cancellation, your access to Nufinox may continue until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated.
Third-party integrations
Nufinox may connect with third-party tools, such as project management platforms, code repositories, accounting systems, calendar tools, or other business software.
You are responsible for your use of third-party services and for complying with their terms. Nufinox is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, security, or content.
If a third-party service changes, becomes unavailable, or limits access, some Nufinox features may stop working or work differently.
Service availability
We aim to keep Nufinox reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
The service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, security reasons, or events outside our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
Support
We may provide support through email, in-app support, documentation, or other available channels.
We aim to respond to support requests within a reasonable time, but we do not guarantee specific response times unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property
Nufinox, including its software, design, branding, features, content, and documentation, is owned by Nufinox or its licensors.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You receive only a limited right to access and use Nufinox in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use the Nufinox name, logo, or branding without our prior written permission.
Feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Nufinox, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
Confidentiality
You may have access to non-public information about Nufinox, including product plans, business information, technical details, or pricing terms.
You agree not to disclose confidential information unless required by law or authorized in writing.
Nufinox will also take reasonable steps to protect confidential information contained in your Customer Data.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the service and Customer Data.
You are responsible for managing user access, permissions, passwords, and internal security practices within your organization.
You must not share accounts or allow unauthorized users to access Nufinox.
Disclaimers
Nufinox is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nufinox may help organize business data, reports, costs, invoices, and work logs, but it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and making business decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nufinox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to Nufinox in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless Nufinox from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
your use of the service;
your Customer Data;
your violation of these Terms;
your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Nufinox if:
you violate these Terms;
payment is overdue;
your use creates security, legal, or operational risk;
we are required to do so by law.
You may stop using Nufinox at any time.
After termination, your right to use the service ends. Certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, including payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute provisions.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will notify users where appropriate, such as by email, in-app notice, or by updating the effective date above.
Your continued use of Nufinox after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, unless mandatory consumer protection or other applicable laws require otherwise.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
